Technique articles - CKUK magazineThis month's Canoe & Kayak magazine has a couple of useful articles on technique:
The first is a really simple description of breaking in & out (what Carl & I were on about on Saturday, but written better). It's the first in a series on basic river skills so this might be worth watching.
Another article talks about the basics of surfing - useful for anyone planning to come to Crosby next month.
It's worth getting the magazine for a good read (and to run imaginary lines down the pictures of big, scary rapids), but if you can't find a copy, let me know & I'll copy the articles.
