River UreThanks to competent Carl and everyone who rescued me, my paddle and my boat. Slightly embarrassed that I was the only one caught out by "THE TREE OF DEATH!!!"
Nice swim tho, even if some of the rocks were a little sharp

Hi guys
I would also like to thank Carl and All that rescued myself and my boat etc at Hack Falls.
It was great that i got wet as i was very hot and not feeling very well. Thanks to Steve for the Gaviscon.
It was also great that i was rescused with i throw line. I have learnt something new now.

Don't worry about it Phil, I once swam seven times on the Burrs due to not getting my edge right. It will come with practice.

I also have to confess to a small swim when I was endeavouring to get out of the boat to help at Hack Falls. I learnt a valuable lesson...never assume that the shore is a nice shallow place to get out. Sometimes the LEDGE OF DOOM can catch you out (or was I dragged under by the clam?) .
