Lake district 15th - 16th August?I'm at Derwent water on the 15th August paddling alongside Michelle. Anyone fancy a paddle around there on Sunday 16th August?
Be nice to make a weekend of it and don't mind if it's another flatwater paddle as I'll have a bigger boat 
Could even practice rescuing Carl on one of the lakes

My boat will be bigger than your boat - it'll have "Irish Ferries" painted on the side and will be heading out of Holyhead at about 25 knots.
So count me out, unfortunately.

Cruel, but still funny. The next bit of flat water rescue practice we do should be under cover of darkness and with any Westhoughton CC stickers masked out.

Similar problem I'm afraid, except I will be crossing the Channel. We do however, perhaps need to practice some deep water rescues, so should we look at doing it one night above the Burr's weir?
