First pool sessionsWell last night we officially admitted summer has finished (did it start?) as we went into Westhougton Pool for our winter indoor training. This is the ideal place to learn the basics in clean warm water.
A good number turned out, both sessions were full and we saw some new faces as well as the usual suspects.
There might have been a bit of confusion about charges; I've posted this in the announcements forum, but it won't hurt to put it here too:

(This is why I spend the first session coaching, then send Conor home and spend the second session failing to cartwheel!)
