Club AGM - 15 July 2009All,
I have just sent an email (to the club membership only) about a planned AGM to be held in July (probably 15th). I will send formal notification when the date and venue are confirmed.
There is some important information in the email. I've sent it to all the email addresses which I have, if you are a fully paid-up member and have not received it, please let me know ASAP so that I can forward it to you and make sure that you get the formal notice.

I have just sent out notice that the AGM will be held on 15 July, after a quick paddle at Burrs.
The email has the agenda attached and a draft of the revised constitution. Please take time to read this and make any comments you may have, so that they can be considered at the meeting.
