Next week, we expect three prospective members to attend and paddle during the first session. Hence, assuming they arrive by 20:00, three places in the first session will be reserved for them.

I have 3 three possible new memebers wishing to attend and paddle during the first session. they are planning to be at the pool by 1945hrs. I would like to reserve 3 places in the first session. However being adults will be willing to attend the second if needs be.

Hi Chris

I think they would have to use the second session if that's OK - it's probably not reasonable to block-book six of our ten spaces in the first session.
