Hi everyone,
Been told by the physio that (well he said in a few weeks) I could do some gentle paddling. I'd like to have a go before we go sea kayaking to loosen the muscles a bit
Any plans to go to Chester on the next two Wednesdays (am on holiday the week after)?

The High Water is at 1703BST Chester so this would be good for the 26th, we just need to ensure that everyone knows that this is where we are meeting. Lets discuss this tomorrow (Sunday) and then send out a general email.
